Fitness Instructor RAF Brize Norton Carterton, Oxfordshire, OX18 3LX Permanent, Full time Salary of £26,904 per annum plus benefits At RAF Brize Norton in Oxfordshire, Serco has been providing multi-activity and engineering support since 1997. Serco proudly support the RAF and MoD, supplying around 20 different services onsite, from engine and aircraft maintenance, to fuelling and ground control services. RAF Brize Norton is the largest operating base within the Royal Air Force, providing air transport and air-to-air refuelling to the RAF fleet. We have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Fitness Instructor at RAF Brize Norton. You’ll be responsible for the delivery of a variety of group exercise classes to encourage Serving Personnel and Gym Members to improve and maintain their physical activity levels, through attending fun and engaging group exercise classes. The PTI will also be responsible in the preparation and supervision of fitness schedules for individuals when required. Main accountabilities: Deliver daily group circuit classes. Deliver a broad range of group fitness classes. Provide fitness advice and support. First aid on site if needed. Ensuring the gym and associated facilities are kept up to standard. What you'll need to do the role: Ideally a Level 2 Fitness Instructor or Group fitness Instructor however, we will train the successful candidate to Level 2 if they are not at that level.
