You will handle administration of the sales process, liaise with purchasers, prospective purchasers, and estate agents.
Our homes are designed to meet the needs of various buyers, including first-time buyers, second-steppers, downsizers, and investors. Each stage of the customer's home buying journey is crucial, and you will be committed to delivering a 5-star customer experience every time.

As a Sales Executive, You Will Be Responsible For
Selling
* Achieving target sales
* Meeting with clients, assessing their needs, and qualifying
* Price negotiation
* Liaising with all interested parties (clients, solicitors, estate agents, etc.)
* Customer follow-up
Administration
* Conducting market research and competitor analysis
* Maintaining the customer enquiry database
* Recording customer details at reservation
* Completing and distributing all required documentation
The Ideal Candidate
* Experience in new homes or property sales
* Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
* Personable, well-presented, and composed
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Team player, encouraging success within the team
* Self-motivated, determined, and efficient
* Capable of representing the Gleeson brand to high standards
