What you'll be doing:
As a Catering Manager with Taylor Shaw, you'll take full responsibility for running an Education site - delivering great food, leading your team and creating a positive dining experience for students every day.
Manage day-to-day kitchen operations and service for 450 covers per day
Lead, develop and motivate your team of 7
Maintain high standards of food quality, safety and compliance
Controlling and managing a budget, stocktaking and ordering
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday | 7:00am - 2:00pm | 32.5 Hours Per Week | Term Time Only
Salary: £14.10 Per Hour | £20,437.95 Per Annum
