Role Description - Group People & Leadership Programme Manager
The Group People & Leadership Manager is a group-level role responsible for:
1. Coordinating and managing recruitment and onboarding for staff across all Group entities both commercial companies and our charity
2. End-to-end management of our Global Leadership Programme that provides early-career professionals with a structured pathway into international development through meaningful, supported placements and leadership development.
