Sourcing suitable candidates? Screening candidates and conducting telephone interviews? Scheduling and conducting face-to-face interviews? Reviewing applications and ensuring compliance? Assisting applicants with documentation and onboarding? Following our compliance processes? Booking successful candidates into trainingWhat We’re Looking For:?? Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or customer service?? Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks?? Excellent written and verbal communication skills?? Experience using applicant tracking systems?? A confident and professional telephone manner?? A keen eye for attention to detail and a calm, patient approach?? A team player who genuinely enjoys connecting with people??
