What you’ll be doing:
1. Drive the development and implementation of core HR policies, processes, and people systems
2. Serve as a strategic and trusted advisor to the leadership team on all people-related matters
3. Lead recruitment, onboarding, and career progression frameworks
4. Oversee performance management, including appraisals and individual development plans
5. Promote a positive culture through wellbeing, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programmes
6. Manage complex employee relations cases, including grievances and disciplinary matters
