The Opportunity:
As a self-employed Recruitment Partner at Collins Property Recruitment, you will run your own desk and brand within our business. Youll have complete control over your day, diary, and strategy, while benefiting from shared resources, support, and collaboration.
Our partners earn 5565%+ of their billings, build long-term client and candidate relationships, and enjoy the freedom that self-employment should offer, without the isolation or admin burden.
What were looking for: Proven 360 recruiters with 4+ years experience.
Property recruitment experience preferred.
Commercial, self-motivated, and relationship-led.
Confident running your own desk and pipeline.
Based within 90 minutes of London.
Ready to take ownership of your career and earnings.
