Role Description
This is an exciting full-time opportunity for a Junior Sales Executive to join the Kendon Packaging Group team on-site in Greater Nottingham. In this role, you will support senior sales staff, build relationships with new and existing clients, identify sales leads, develop quotes and proposals, and close sales opportunities. Additional responsibilities include addressing customer queries, providing product or service information, conducting market research, and contributing to achieving sales targets for the company. You will be expected to stay up-to-date on the company's products and services, as well as market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.
* Proficiency in market research, identifying sales opportunities, and developing proposals.
* Basicknowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) and sales-focused software/tools.
* Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
* Positive attitude, self-motivation, and enthusiasm for learning and personal growth in the sales field.
* Familiarity with the packaging industry or experience in a related field is a plus.
* Willingness to work on-site in Greater Nottingham and travel locally as necessary for client meetings.
A Competitive Salary is negotiable depending upon experience.
Hours
Our working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am - 5.00pm and Friday 9am - 4pm
