Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Recruitment Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our presence across Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Essex. The successful candidate will be confident in generating new leads, proactive in arranging face-to-face meetings, and passionate about delivering excellent client service. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and win new business through cold calling, prospecting, and networking Build and forge long-term relationships with new and existing clients Arrange and attend client meetings on a face-to-face basis across the region Develop a strong understanding of client hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions Maintain regular contact with clients to strengthen partnerships and encourage repeat business Manage and update sales pipelines and activity records Work towards and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs Candidate Profile Highly driven, ambitious, and target-focused individual Enjoys telephone sales and is confident making high volumes of outbound calls Strong relationship-building and communication skills Comfortable developing new business from scratch Professional, personable, and confident meeting clients in person Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills Previous recruitment or B2B sales experience is desirable but not essential What Were Looking For We want someone with energy, resilience, and a genuine passion for sales.
