Salary: £23,809.50 per annum + uncapped commission - Realistic OTC of £300 to £1000 per month for top salespeople
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (37.5 hours per week)

What You’ll Be Doing
* Making outbound B2B sales calls, engaging with small business owners across the UK.
* Selling industry-leading products and services tailored to the needs of each business.
* Hitting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining high performance metrics.
* Building and managing a strong sales pipeline, identifying and qualifying potential customers.
* Developing and maintaining customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
* Using CRM systems to track sales opportunities, manage leads, and maximize conversions.
* Staying ahead of market trends and competitors to offer the best solutions.
