Groundworker / Labourer
Shift Times: Monday- Friday 0700 - 1600
Pay Rate: £12.75
Location: Wickford, SS12 9EJ
FULL UK Licence is Required

Manpower are looking for Groundworker's to work for our client based out of Wickford. Working in this role you will be responsible for the delivery of a high-quality ground's works to a range of clients throughout the local area. Working within a team you will be responsible for a range of activities from hand excavating, concreting and joinery to name a few. You will need to ensure a safe working environment is always maintained and carry out day to day maintenance and safety checks on all equipment.
The training offered includes on-the-job training and standard induction for best practice.
To succeed, you will need:
1. To be physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
2. Hold a full valid UK Driving License
3. Hold a valid CSCS Card
4. Any tickets are desirable
5. Willingness to learn & open to training.
6. Safety conscious mindset is key.
7. Capable of working safely using a range of equipment and power tools
8. Experience in working in a busy team and providing a high-quality service.
