Site Manager – Residential New Build Location: West Sussex An established residential housebuilder is looking for an experienced Site Manager to take responsibility for a live new-build housing development in West Sussex. You will oversee the day-to-day running of site, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard of quality and customer care. Key responsibilities: * Manage site operations from groundwork through to handover * Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers * Ensure health & safety compliance at all times * Maintain build quality, programme, and cost control * Deliver excellent customer satisfaction About you: * Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential new-build projects * SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certified * Strong leadership and organisational skills * Able to manage multiple trades and deadlines confidently This is a great opportunity to join a well-regarded housebuilder with a strong pipeline of work
