Your new role
As part of its plans for further growth, the firm is looking to appoint an additional employment partner to join its team. Joining an established team, you will play a prominent role in helping to take the department to the next stage. The department handles respondent work that includes both contentious and non-contentious matters. The client list includes some larger corporates but is largely SME in focus. You will supervise and mentor the more junior fee earners and play a proactive role in business development initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be an employment lawyer operating at partner level. If you have a client following, this is advantageous but the firm is keen to hear from employment partners without a guaranteed following but who are well connected and have a real appetite to get involved in business development initiatives.
