Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential or commercial fit-out projects. * SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification (essential). * Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. * Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively. * Strong communication and organisational skills.
