Key Responsibilities: * Manage day-to-day site operations for civils and groundworks. * Coordinate subcontractors, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and maintain quality control. * Liaise effectively with the main contractor and project team to ensure smooth project delivery. Requirements: * Previous site management experience within civils and groundworks, ideally on residential developments. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the civils package.
