Position: Payroll HR Administrator
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 25 Hours Per Week

Due to further growth plans, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Payroll HR Administrator to join a modern working atmosphere on a Part Time, Permanent basis, working Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
* Work as part of a small team at the head office in Coalville, Leicester
* Process monthly payroll for employees, including stakeholders
* Update changes and amendments regarding salary, tax codes, absences, and sickness
* Assist in workplace pension enrolment and administration
* Maintain records within internal systems
* Ensure payroll inputs are completed accurately and on time
* Analyze and resolve queries and discrepancies
* Perform additional duties as required with flexibility
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum of 5+ years experience using Payroll software (ESSENTIAL)
* Ability to work 5 days per week, Monday to Friday (ESSENTIAL)
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Confident, enthusiastic, with a 'can-do' attitude
