We’re looking for an HR Assistant to provide essential transactional and administrative support for our UK HR team during a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR processes and contribute to a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare employment letters and contracts
* Coordinate onboarding arrangements for new hires
* Maintain accurate data entry and updates in the HR system (HRIS)
* Document process steps for reference guides and SOPs
* Respond to routine HR queries and ensure compliance with company policies
* Support ad-hoc HR tasks as required
