Job Summary
Title: Site Manager
Location: Loughton

Kier Housing Maintenance provides services across both the public and private sector, focusing in particular on the local authority, housing association and private rented sectors. We work in Housing repairs and maintenance, Voids, planned works, project work (including non‑housing) and fire safety.
Responsibilities
* Monitor and approve completed works to ensure compliance with contract quality requirements and compile records to demonstrate conformity.
* Support continuous improvement in operational delivery through regular training, the introduction of new technology, improved processes and increased resource competency.
* Manage subcontractors ensuring all servicing streams are completed within their anniversary dates, certificates are completed in full and provided to the Client timely.
* Ensure all repairs are completed within the agreed timescale.
* Identify and manage project risks through effective mitigation measures.
* Provide expert advice, support and guidance to assigned contracts during day‑to‑day operations and during external audits.
* Ensure agreed quality controls are fully understood and implemented.
* Provide site training/mentoring to enable independent technical support and knowledge.
Qualifications
* Suitable compliance management experience and proven background in a similar role.
* Working knowledge of Health and Safety at Work.
* Full understanding of risk management.
* Highly organised, responsive and able to deliver under pressure.
