A fantastic opportunity to join a top international law firm based in London as an In-house Employment Lawyer.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert legal advice on employment matters, particularly in complex international restructuring and outsourcing projects.
* Handle a broad range of employment law issues
* Employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, performance, investigations)
* Employment litigation and settlements (including managing external counsel)
* Policy review and updates
* Employment contracts and reward policies
* Support on corporate transactions (e.g. TUPE)
* Deliver legal updates and training to HR and business teams
Candidate Profile
* 6+ years PQE, ideally with prior in-house experience.
* Experience in regulated or partnership environments and international employment law.
