Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a role where you can make a real impact? This is an exciting standalone opportunity to lead the HR function at Lincoln City Football club.
I am looking for an HR Manager who can bring energy, expertise, and a people-first approach to drive forward recruitment, talent development, wellbeing, and EDI initiatives. This is a hands-on and varied role, working closely with leaders and staff across the club to support them in delivering at the highest level. Experience in sport, retail, hospitality, or other fast-paced, dynamic environments would be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, ensuring hires are aligned with club culture.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including performance, development, and succession planning.
Review and update HR policies and processes, ensuring compliance with legislation.
Partner with Finance on salary budgets and workforce planning.
Champion staff wellbeing and engagement initiatives.
Own the Individual Development Plan (IDP) process to drive capability and growth.
Deliver leadership development and EDI strategies across the organisation.
