OCU Reinstatement Manager oversees the safe, compliant, and high-quality restoration of road surfaces following utility or excavation work.

Key Duties
Core Responsibilities & Duties include managing contractor performance, ensuring adherence to NRSWA legislation, conducting quality audits, and maintaining relationships with local authorities to ensure timely, cost-effective works completion.
Responsibilities & Duties
* Contractor & Site Management: Effectively manage reinstatement contractors, ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and to company standards.
* Compliance & Safety: Ensure all sites comply with New Roads and Street Works Act (NRSWA) regulations, conducting technical audits and safety checks.
* Performance Monitoring: Set and monitor KPIs to maximize operational efficiency and quality.
* Stakeholder Liaison: Maintain relationships with local councils, authorities, and clients to coordinate works.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality workmanship to minimise defects and reduce future remedial work.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
* NRSWA Accreditation: Full accreditation is typically required.
* Technical Knowledge: Understanding of road specifications and reinstatement techniques.
* Leadership: Experience managing teams, contractors, and safety performance.
* Communication: Strong skills for dealing with local authorities and clients.
