What you will do as a Groups and Events Sales Executive

* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.
* Prepare detailed and persuasive sales materials including proposals, contracts, and event orders tailored to client needs.
* Conduct engaging site visits, showcasing the hotel’s premium facilities and versatile event spaces.
* Provide expert guidance on the hotel’s offerings, recommending curated food & beverage packages, accommodation options, and bespoke experiences.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and guests, delivering exceptional service and prompt responses to all inquiries.
* Collaborate closely with internal departments (e.g., operations, F&B, reservations) to ensure seamless event execution.
* Proactively identify new business opportunities through networking, market research, and attending industry events.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM systems.
* Support the achievement of revenue targets and contribute to the hotel’s overall sales strategy.


About you

You’re a confident and personable sales professional with a passion for hospitality and client service. Ideally, you have experience in hotel or luxury event sales, with a proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver tailored solutions. You’re organised, articulate, and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
