HR Administrator About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department on a 4-month fixed term contract. The ideal candidate will assist the Head of Human Resources and Human Resources Business Partner in managing HR records, employee documentation, and general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of HR functions and policies. Start date: 1st September 2025 End date: 31st December 2025 Rate of pay: £12.60 per hour Working hours: 37.5 per week, 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday About You Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accurate and timely information. • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting exit procedures. • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leavers, etc.). • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance. • Monitor and maintain the HR mailbox • Help maintain compliance with laws and company policies. • Organise and maintain HR files and documentation electronically • Support performance management processes by tracking appraisals and probation periods. Qualifications and Skills: • Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or similar role. • Knowledge of HR functions and best practices. • Understanding of employment laws and confidentiality guidelines. • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software/systems. • Excellent organisational and time-management skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • High level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
