We are looking for a highly competent and reliable Freelance Site Manager to oversee a key refurbishment project in central Manchester.
This is a contract position requiring an immediate start. The ideal candidate will take full responsibility for site operations, from managing health & safety and quality control to coordinating subcontractors and driving the project forward to meet deadlines.
Key Requirements
* Valid SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid at Work
* Demonstrable experience managing similar refurbishment projects
* Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and leadership
* Based in or able to commute to Manchester
