We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a fast-track refurbishment of a Job Centre in Bodmin. The scope includes new flooring installation, full internal painting and decorating, and general site coordination. Key Responsibilities: * Manage day-to-day site activities to ensure timely delivery * Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed to spec * Maintain high health & safety standards on site * Liaise with clients, suppliers, and the project team * Monitor progress and report regularly to the project manager Requirements: * Proven experience managing fit-out/refurb projects * SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification * Strong organisational and communication skills * Able to work to tight deadlines in a live/occupied environment
