About the role
We’re looking for a talented Sales Executive to work full-time in our development in East Grinstead, West Sussex.
As a Sales Executive, you’ll make a real difference to our customers' lives by introducing them to independent retirement living. You’ll proactively contact interested customers and advise them on their purchase and lifestyle options. Your responsibilities include:
* Building strong relationships to ensure a hassle-free and positive experience from enquiry to move-in.
* Managing sales targets and budgets on-site from the Welcome Centre, understanding the site as the next place customers will call home.
* Showing apartments using our show home centre, which features floor plans, designs, interior options, and partnerships with removal companies.
Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, you will work with the wider sales team and coordinate with onsite Marketing, Customer Relations, Construction teams, as well as offsite agents, sales partners, and solicitors to progress sales to completion.
About you
You should have experience in customer-focused sales, ideally within the retirement market or new homes sector. Key qualities include:
* Excellent customer relationship skills and a proactive sales approach.
* Ability to work independently and maintain a professional, responsible attitude.
* Calming, supportive demeanor to ease customers through potentially daunting moves.
* Proficiency with IT databases and holding a valid UK driver’s license for off-site visits.
