Full Time Yard-Operative / Labourer

We are looking for a full-time yard-operative / labourer to join our busy engineering department at our Mansfield Depot with opportunities for progression with ongoing training.

Annual earnings of between 25 - 29k per year based on qualifications and experience, 39 hours per week.

Our Mansfield depot
At our Mansfield depot, we operate a fleet of 89 buses covering many areas with a team of 220 Drivers and 32 Engineers.

What will you be doing?
Working pattern to be discussed at interview
Undertake a wide range of duties to ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the engineering premises and smooth operation of the depot
Yard maintenance such as litter picking, weeding and painting
Collecting /delivering parts/vehicles from local suppliers/depots
Maintenance and repairs around site which fall within the capabilities of a successful applicant
Fully comply with all health, safety and engineering legislation along with company policies
Maintain and develop technical skills where required
What do you need to apply?
1. You need to hold a current driving licence, a PCV licence would be beneficial
