Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Temporary position Rewards: 30 days' paid holidays (pro rata) Employee Assistance Program to support your health & wellbeing Company Pension Scheme Financial Education/Financial wellbeing advisory service Training and urivalled opportunities for career progression Uniform Provided Company Events The Role Answer incoming calls from customers and operatives, providing excellent service and support Manage job scheduling and coordinate daily assignments Prepare and issue accurate invoices in a timely manner Maintain and update client portals with relevant job and service information Monitor and respond to emails across three shared inboxes Organize operative schedules and arrange internal meetings Order and track service-related products and supplies Retrieve and analyse tracker data for operational insights Track incomplete tasks and report findings to the Operations Manager Assist in gathering and organizing data for operational reporting Scan and process contracts submitted by the sales team The Person: Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems Experience in a similar administrative or operations role is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work instructions and communicating with customers on a day-to-day basis.
