Typical responsibilities include:Advising on day-to-day employment issuesSupporting corporate transactions, business transfers, and outsourcing projectsHandling employment tribunal and civil litigationAdvising on collective matters such as restructuring, redundancies, TUPE, and industrial relationsConducting investigations, including regulatory mattersLeading strategic projects and compliance initiativesThis team also works closely with international colleagues on cross-border projects, giving you exposure to global employment law issues.About YouWe’re looking for an Employment Associate or Senior Associate (3+ PQE) with experience across both contentious and non-contentious matters.
