About the Role: We're recruiting enthusiastic, caring, and driven individuals to join our collaborative school team. You'll partner with teachers, SEN personnel, and pastoral leaders to support students' emotional wellbeing, conduct, and academic progress.

Your Role Will Include:
* Delivering 1:1 or small group assistance for students with emotional, behavioural or learning requirements
* Contributing to the delivery of behaviour support strategies
* Supporting students with concentration, motivation, and emotional management
* Helping establish a positive, welcoming, and secure school atmosphere
* Collaborating with staff and families to facilitate pupil development
What We're Looking For:
* Psychology degree or currently enrolled in psychology studies (or related discipline)
* Enthusiasm for child development, mental health, or education
* Strong communication and empathy abilities
* Dependable, patient, and flexible
* Experience working with children is advantageous, though not essential – comprehensive training provided!
