HR Officer£30,000 per annumFull time (9-5 Mon-Thur, 8:30-4:30 Fri)Office based
Duties:
* Completing disciplinary meetings, outcome meetings and investigations
* Attending exit interviews
* Working alongside line managers to oversee absence management
* Process occupational health referrals
* Posting advert for jobs and shortlisting candidates
* Completing full onboarding process for new starters
* Compliance and auditing authority
* Overseeing health and safety
Essential experience / skills:
* CIPD Level 3 or above
* HR Administration, Compliance Administration or HR Advisor experience
* Experience working in a stand alone role with the ability to use initiative to make decisions
* Recruitment administration knowledge (compliance, RTW, onboarding etc)
