Part Time Accounts & Administration Officer (25 to 30 hours per week), North Belfast, C£18/hr benefits We are working with a well-established organisation based in North Belfast to recruit for their new Part Time Accounts & Administration Officer. Reporting to the general manager you will be supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the organisation, this will include; Invoicing duties on a monthly basis Sales & Purchase ledger Supplier invoice processing Monitoring expenditure Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance and year end returns to the HMRC Preparing financial information for the board Prepare and submit VAT returns Prepare the annual budget in consultation with the General Manager General Administration What we are looking for Either IATI qualified or similar with 2 years relevant experience or 5 years experience in a comparable role Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confident IT skills to include a computerised accounts package Experience in the community, voluntary or charity sectors is desirable Interviewing ASAP offering an excellent package for info do not hesitate to call or email.
