Role: Junior Sales Executive (Full- time, on- site- London)
We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Junior Sales Executive to join our London team. This on-site role offers hands-on experience within a fast-paced commercial environment, with full training and ongoing development.
As part of our sales division, you'll support new business generation, build customer relationships, and help maintain a strong sales pipeline. You'll work directly with experienced mentors and cross-functional teams to execute effective sales and marketing strategies that deliver real results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
* Generate and qualify leads through events, outreach, referrals, and digital channels
* Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and pitches
* Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to optimise campaigns
* Maintain CRM systems and track client activity and performance
* Work towards - and exceed - monthly and quarterly sales targets
About you:
* Experience (or strong interest) in sales, business development, or marketing
* Confident in lead generation, pitching, and relationship building
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Strong analytical ability and awareness of market trends
* Highly organised with good time management and multitasking skills
* Results-driven mindset with a desire to grow
* Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a bonus - not essential
