Overview
The CSR Group has an excellent opportunity with one of Northern busiest house builders. They are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for a new development of 70 timberframe social housing units in Limavady. Packages can vary but the base salary will be between £50-55k
Responsibilities
* Ensure that project design solutions are delivered to the highest standards and meet programme and budgetary constraints
* Day to day running of Site
* Planning resourcing of projects and monitoring against budgets
* Preparing and monitoring work programmes to deliver projects to deadlines
* Responsibility for maintaining excellent client relationships
* Providing leadership and showing ability to develop.
Requirements
* Site Management Safety Pass & 1st Aid Training
* IT and standard industry software skills
* Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of staff and clients
* Experience of managing and developing a team
* Experience in apartment block projects
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Capable of overseeing £2M worth of work
