The role involves acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning HR practices with business goals, and fostering a high-performance culture. Key responsibilities include leading HR functions, improving systems and policies, and enhancing employee experience to support organizational growth and transformation.
Responsibilities:
* Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
* Develop and implement HR strategies for transformation, leadership development, and growth.
* Advise management on talent management and organizational development.
* Support workforce planning and restructuring initiatives.
* Manage employee relations, performance management, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
* Guide managers on performance strategies and employee engagement programs.
* Oversee recruitment for senior roles and manage talent pipeline and succession planning.
* Provide guidance on leadership development and retention.
* Develop learning and development strategies and evaluate training effectiveness.
* Optimize HR systems and tools, including performance management platforms and analytics.

Person Specification:
Qualifications:
* CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent, with proven HR leadership experience.

* Proficiency in HR systems and analytics (e.g., Sage HR).
* Strong leadership, coaching, and strategic influencing skills.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
* Data-driven decision-making mindset.
* Commitment to leadership development, continuous improvement, and adaptability.
