Role: Freelance Site Manager
Location: Durham
Job: New Build Industrial Sheds
Responsibilities:
* Maintain and run a detailed project schedule, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
* Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols to ensure the safety of all workers, visitors, and students
* Maintain rigorous quality control measures throughout the project
* Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications
Start Date: 25th February
Duration: 4 weeks
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 10-12 hour shifts
Rate: £270 a day
Certificates: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
