Responsibilities
1. Manage daily site operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient work.
2. Support Project Manager with planning, coordination, and supervision of construction activities.
3. Liaise with turbine suppliers, quarry management, and subcontractors.
4. Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards under CDM Regulations.
5. Oversee logistics, lifting plans, traffic management, and exclusion zones.
6. Maintain site records, permits, inspections, and compliance documentation.
7. Lead incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
8. Support project handover and close-out documentation.
Essential Requirements
9. SMSTS and First Aid at Work certified
10. Strong health & safety knowledge
11. Excellent communication and organisational skills
12. Proficient in Excel, basic 2D AutoCAD
13. Full driving license
Desirable
14. NEBOSH, IOSH, or GWO certification
