We are supporting a large online retailer, based in Hereford, who are recruiting for a HR Manager to join their Operations team on a permanent basis.
This is a full-time (37.5 hours) position paying £40,000 - £45,000 + company bonus and will be based fully on site.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Managing two HR Advisors to support with key administration and employee lifecycle activity
* Partnering with operations managers to build capability through coaching and upskilling
* Carrying out day to day employee relations casework, including disciplinaries, grievances and capability, supporting managers and advising on key issues
* Designing and delivering training programmes to manage performance and upskill staff
* Supporting and driving the company’s employee engagement strategy
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
* CIPD L5 Qualified (desirable)
* Has worked in a logistics/retail/manufacturing/distribution environment
* Previous experience managing complex ER issues
* Has trained and guided managers on ER issued and HR best practice
