Role Overview
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys being the trusted right-hand leader while also making a direct contribution to sales success. As the Sales & Executive Support Specialist, you'll balance classic PA responsibilities—such as managing the Sales Director's diary, meetings, travel, and correspondence—with hands-on sales enablement, including generating leads, following up on CRM activity, sending proposals, and arranging potential new client visits. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the Sales Director's time is focused where it matters most, while keeping the sales pipeline active and moving.
Key Responsibilities
Personal Assistant Duties
* Manage the Sales Director's calendar—scheduling meetings, calls, and client appointments.
* Organise travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for client visits and events.
* Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up actions.
* Handle correspondence on behalf of the Sales Director, emails, calls, and internal communication.
* Act as gatekeeper-ensuring the Director's time is spent on high-priority tasks.
Sales Support Duties
* Support lead generation by researching prospects and building outreach lists.
* Enter and maintain accurate data in the CRM (Pipedrive)—pipeline integrity, activity tracking, and reporting.
* Follow up with prospects via email/phone to keep opportunities warm and moving.
* Draft, send, track client proposals, ensuring a professional presentation and timely follow-up.
* Monitor sales metrics and highlight gaps, delays, or opportunities for improvement.
Client Interaction & Relationship Support
* Join the Director on key client visits—providing organisational support and handling follow-up actions.
* Act as a professional first point of contact for potential and existing clients.
* Maintain records of client conversations, preferences, and agreements in CRM.
* Help prepare presentations, reports, and supporting materials for client meetings.
Operational Enablement
* Build templates, checklists, and SOPs to improve consistency in sales processes.
* Support the Director in managing deadlines, campaign execution, and strategic priorities.
* Ensure key actions from meetings and campaigns are followed through to completion.

Experience & Skills
* Previous experience as a PA, EA, or Sales Support role.
* Skilled in diary management, scheduling, and travel coordination.
* Experience managing CRM systems such as Pipedrive (or similar).
* Proven ability to juggle multiple stakeholders and timelines with accuracy.
* Proficiency with MS Office, documentation tools, and reporting.
