About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive growth by promoting our funded and non-funded training products, software, and website solutions. As a Sales Executive you will manage inbound leads, make outbound calls, assess client training needs, and convert prospects into learners. This role is key to supporting both departmental and company-wide growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Delivery
* Make daily outbound calls and respond to inbound leads promptly.
* Convert leads into learners and book appointments within 5 business days.
* Highlight their unique selling points and benefits.
* Cross-sell software and website solutions to existing clients.
* Research the market and feed back opportunities to Sales and Marketing.
Customer Service
* Build strong, trusted client relationships.
* Understand client needs to provide tailored solutions.
* Listen and respond to objections, ensuring a positive customer experience.
* Provide guidance on courses and services before referral to Training Advisors.
Administration
* Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate Training Advisor appointments.
* Report activity levels and manage follow-up communications.
* Ensure prompt response to client inquiries.
About You
* Proven experience in solutions selling with a target-driven mindset.
* Confident, articulate, and excellent communicator.
* Self-motivated with strong organisation and attention to detail.
Additional Information
* Role may require occasional work outside standard hours.
* Ongoing training and professional development will be provided.
* Successful candidates must pass child protection screening (DBS).
