JOB PURPOSE Assist Head-Landside in planning for new and execution of existing projects for Landside development of DIAL, security & cleanliness in the Airport Road network in close coordination with Stakeholders for efficient & safe passage to all interested parties. To execute, ensure & monitor smooth traffic flow, security arrangements, infrastructure development and safety & security in the Airport road network in close coordination with stakeholders for efficient & safe passage of passengers and all others using the GGIAL road network. Also, responsible for coordinating the implementation of security measures in Landside in accordance with the legal provisions and instructions issued by the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security from time to time. To ensure highest level of competency of security personnel, to coordinate with stakeholders, implement instructions of regulatory authority and ensure serviceability of security equipment for safe & secure environment on Landside area of GGIAL. ORGANISATION CHART EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS Govt Local Authorities like Goa Police Dept, Goa Traffic Police dept, KTC, NHAI, DGCA etc Key Accountabilities Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators To strategize measures to improve the surface connectivity to Terminal and coordinate with concerned agencies like RAXA, Traffic Inspector and SHO Mopa Airport Police Station. As per the requirement To pay special emphasis to Forecourt Kerbside to enhance passenger convenience, safety & traffic flow at PTB departure and arrival especially during morning and evening peak hours. As per the plan INTERNAL INTERACTIONS All Departments of GGIAL and other GMR Subsidiaries FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS AOP – 1 Crore. Adhering to AOP. Optimum utilization of available manpower & equipment and to reduce the avoidable expenditure to organization. Other Dimensions Personnel working under the direct supervision & control Dealing with Goa Traffic Police & Goa Police Ensuring smooth flow of traffic despite space constraints at forecourt area. Education Qualifications The incumbent should be a graduate (in any discipline). Desirable- Trainings like Basic AVSEC course, Intelligence and Crime control course, Road accident investigation and Road safety management course etc. Should have worked at a middle level position (SOs/JCO) defense, Police or Paramilitary Forces or aviation security. Minimum experience - 10 yrs. of service. Should have worked at a managerial level. Must know four wheeler driving and must be in possession of valid Driving License. Fluency in English and Hindi Age not more than 45 Years.
