This client is specialised in fit out and installations for various establishments and a UK Security Clearance must be passed for this role. This client is looking for a Site Manager to join their project in the Wiltshire region on a permanent basis. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations Communicate with clients, project managers and authority representatives Carry out frequent quality checks to ensure all works meet specifications and industry standards Maintain accurate and up to date site records, including daily logs, progress reports, paperwork and inspection reports. Manage labour, subcontractors, materials and schedules to meet programme objectives Provide leadership, supervision and mentoring to site teams Drive a strong safety and quality culture across site Plan and supervise day to day construction activities across secure environment projects Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and site team to manage workflow.
