Transport is at the core of modern society. Join our dynamic team as a Sales Executive specialising in New Trucks, where your enthusiasm and expertise will drive growth and customer satisfaction. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with clients, showcase cutting-edge truck solutions, and expand our market presence through proactive business development. As a pivotal part of our sales force, you’ll leverage your skills in sales, territory management, and customer relationship management to deliver tailored solutions that meet clients’ needs.

Renault Truck Commercials, part of the global brands of Renault Trucks UK and the Volvo Group, has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Truck Industry Salesperson with energy and drive to sell the complete range of Renault Trucks – from our Evolution range of services and vehicles (from 3.1 to 120 T) and the E – Tech portfolio. This hybrid role will be based from Tipton covering the surrounding area, so we are looking for someone who resides in the Tipton area, therefore being within commutable distance of our Tipton dealership as a base. We will be prioritising candidates with this criteria and who knows the commercial base in this region. Pay is a healthy basic with OTE of £80k+ with no cap, company car and excellent benefits including a matched 7% pension scheme.

Responsibilities and expectations will include engaging with clients, presenting Renault Trucks solutions, and driving growth in the Tipton dealership repair and maintenance services.


About You

Results focused – drive and energy with an appetite for new challenges. Strong interpersonal skills – ability to communicate at all levels within a business, including board and senior levels, as well as with peers. Ability to generate leads and maintain a healthy pipeline, and to accurately prospect and cold call. Strong customer focus with the ability to set and work on exacting priorities.


Requirements for the role

New Truck Sales background – Tipton and Midlands customer knowledge. Strong understanding of contractual negotiations. Ability to construct detailed and watertight contractual agreements. A thorough understanding of the financing of business assets. Computer literate in Microsoft Office Programs. Full UK Driver’s Licence.
