Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily dining operations, ensuring excellent service and smooth delivery across all age groups. Lead, support, and develop a team of 30-40 staff, including a dotted line to the Head Chef. Work in close collaboration with the Executive Chef to uphold food quality and consistency. Ensure theme days, events marketing calendar are executed at a high standard. Be a visible leader during key service times, actively engaging with students, staff, and stakeholders. Ensure robust allergen management and compliance with all food safety regulations. Maintain accurate records and accountability for financial procedures, stock, and labour. Support the delivery of holiday lets and summer events as part of the wider operational remit. The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience managing catering in a high-volume environment, ideally in education or hospitality. A confident and hands-on leader with excellent communication and team development skills. Strong understanding of allergen procedures, compliance, and operational excellence.
