Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Mentor, Sports Coach, or Sports Assistant to join an all-boys therapeutic school in Binfield. This is an exciting temp-to-perm opportunity for individuals who are committed to supporting students both academically and emotionally through positive engagement and physical activity.
The Role
* Support students with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.
* Deliver engaging sports activities and promote positive participation.
* Build strong relationships with pupils, acting as a positive role model.
* Support learning and behaviour management within the classroom.
* Encourage confidence, resilience, and personal development.
* Work closely with teaching staff and therapeutic professionals.
Ideal Candidate
* Experience coaching sports, mentoring young people, or working in education.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Patient, resilient, and adaptable approach.
* Passion for supporting vulnerable young people.
* Relevant coaching qualifications are desirable but not essential.
* Full UK driving licence is advantageous.
