We are a leading fire protection main contractor with a strong track record of delivering high-quality passive fire protection solutions across the UK. With a growing portfolio of projects and a reputation for excellence, we\'re looking to expand our team with an experienced Site Manager who specialises in fire stopping and fire compartmentation.
The Role
As a Site Manager, you’ll be a key part of our operations team, overseeing multiple fire stopping and fire compartmentation projects across the South of England. Reporting directly to the Projects Manager, you’ll ensure work is delivered to the highest standards, on time, and in line with all safety and quality requirements.
This is a mobile role, and you will be required to visit multiple sites—so flexibility and willingness to travel are essential.
Responsibilities
 * Oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple fire protection projects
 * Ensure works are carried out in line with project specifications, drawings, and fire safety regulations
 * Manage and maintain Quality Assurance (QA) standards across all sites
 * Monitor and enforce Health & Safety compliance on site
 * Programme and schedule works to ensure timely delivery
 * Conduct regular site inspections and audits
 * Liaise with clients, site teams, and subcontractors
 * Provide accurate progress reports and updates to senior management
Requirements
 * Proven experience in fire stopping and fire compartmentation site management
 * Strong understanding of passive fire protection systems, installation processes, and regulations
 * SMSTS
 * First Aid (3 day course)
 * CSCS card (ideally black or gold)
 * Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South of England
 * Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
 * Strong IT/reporting skills (experience with digital QA systems is a plus)
