We are searching for a happy and purpose driven Inbound Sales Executive to join us at Rehome, an established, ethical company that has enjoyed significant public attention and commercial success since our inception 10 years ago. Rehome, the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom outlet is the UK’s leading retail marketplace for the interiors industry, providing a world-class, sustainability focused, platform for the supported sale of pre-owned and ex display interiors. This is not your average Inbound Sales Executive role, you will be consulting and advising a portfolio of domestic and business sellers regarding pricing and time frames, as well as managing buyer queries and securing a sale. This is a proactive role where you own your own projects. In return, you will receive a salary of up to £30,000 per annum and an OTE Of £35,000, as well as a company bonus scheme, and free onsite parking. As Inbound Sales Executive with Rehome, your responsibilities will include: Prioritising sales enquiries based on seller requirements, pricing guidelines, and timelines. Progressing buyer enquiries through to sale, using your active listening skills and great communication. Upselling Rehome’s Which Trusted Trader dismantle and delivery services. Managing and updating your portfolio of sellers; forward setting tasks to achieve the best possible outcome within given timelines. Liaising with the marketing team for product marketing requirements. Working with your database of buyers to create Email marketing campaigns for individual products based on chosen segmentations. Developing relationships with your portfolio of business clients with service and retention at the forefront. For Rehome, we’re looking for an Inbound Sales Executive with the following: Previous experience in an Inbound / Sales / Sales & Service / Sales Conversion Specialist / Customer Service role. Proven success within a self-managed customer services or sales role within a service led business. Strong organisational skills and disciplined use of CRM systems. Ability to prioritise a portfolio of stakeholders according to business requirements. Proactive problem solving skills. Proven ability at onboarding new and established customers to a business throughout the sales cycle. A strong communicator with ability to build rapport. Experience within a fast moving, customer facing role using multiple communication channels e.g. Recruitment, Estate Agency or similar will be an advantage.
