Expectations
* Provide the necessary support to the Project Quality Manager (PQM) regarding quality issues
* Ensure implementation of the PQMS within the package – identification, preparation, distribution and maintenance of project/package quality documentation in accordance with the PQMS
* Ensure standard quality specifications are present and distributed to all relevant parties to ensure all legal/regulatory requirements are met
* Ensure that the correct implementation of the PQMS is monitored through planning and conducting of internal quality audits
* Conduct/coordinate external audits
* Participate in package management meetings to ensure coordination between quality activities and package management activities
* Prepare reports as necessary
* Ensure document control processes are followed within the package as well as by contractors in order to maintain documents/records traceability
Requirements
* Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control for onshore/offshore wind projects, preferably specific to IAC
* Engineering degree qualified or equivalent technical qualifications/experience
* 5-8 years of experience managing quality, preferably within IAC related packages; Quality auditing certification
* Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy
* Provision of quality management support and coaching
