In this role, you’ll:
* Source and attract candidates across a range of white-collar and blue-collar positions
* Screen and shortlist candidates to match CFM’s requirements
* Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and plan recruitment activity
* Support employer branding initiatives to promote CFM as an employer of choice
What you’ll need:
* 3–5 years’ experience in a recruitment-focused role
* Background in construction or a related industry
* Experience recruiting for both white-collar and blue-collar positions
* Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills
