Overview
We are seeking a Kitchen Designer to join our team to cover the central belt of Scotland. This role is pivotal in guiding clients through the design process of their dream kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring that every detail aligns with our high standards of quality. Appointments are in clients' homes, where you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients and contribute to their home transformation journey.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with clients to understand their kitchen and bathroom design needs and preferences.
* Create detailed kitchen designs using CAD software.
* Present design concepts to clients, incorporating feedback into final designs.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
* Assist in the selection of materials, finishes, and appliances for kitchen installations.
* Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in kitchen design.
About The Team & Role
You will report directly to the sales director. The business is growth-focused, in a fast-paced and positive environment, where all our sales representatives and managers work closely with each other for the success of the business and to delight our clients with excellent service.
Requirements & Qualifications
* The ability to follow a sales process.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
* Basic mathematical skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
* Experience in upselling products or services is a plus.
* Competitive spirit with a drive to be a winner in the team.
* Passion for giving great service to customers.
* Great time management and self-starter attitude.
* Hunger to learn and earn!
Preferred but Not Essential
* Proven experience as a Luxury Kitchen and Bathroom Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
* Proficiency in CAD software.
